To qualify for awards and prizes, your team report, sponsor sheets, bird checklists and funds raised must be submitted to LWC by June 12, 2008. 

No one individual can win more than two prizes (not including the t-shirt thank-you gift).

Thank You Gift
Any one who raises or contributes over $50 will receive the official 2008 IMBD t-shirt with LWC’s logo on it.

Great Effort Award
Any one who raises or contributes at least $100 will receive an individual membership for LWC for 2008. If you’re already a current member, then your membership will be extended through December 2009
 
Any birder who raises at least $100 will also be entered into a drawing for:
•  Droll Yankee tube bird feeder
•  Peterson’s “More Birding By Ear” 2-CD boxed set
•  Bluebird nestbox mounted on a pole with a predator guard

Junior Birders Award
The Junior Birder under age 18 who identifies the most birds will be awarded a field pack, notebook, and pen
 
Individual with Most Money Raised Award
The individual who raises the most money will be awarded either
•  a gift card to a local restaurant for $100
OR
•  a gift card for $100 of merchandise at the Audubon Naturalist Sanctuary Shop

Team with the Most Money Raised Award
Each member of the team that raises the most money raised will receive either
•  a gift certificate for $75 to a local restaurant
OR
•  a gift certificate for $75 for the Audubon Naturalist Sanctuary Shop

Team with the Most Species Award
Each member of the team finding the highest number of bird species will receive either
•  a gift certificate for $75 to a local restaurant
OR
•  a gift certificate for $75 for the Audubon Naturalist Sanctuary Shop  

Furthermore, each member of the team with the most species will be entered into a drawing for either
•  a IPOD with BirdJam
OR
•  a pair of Nikon Monarch Binoculars
