To qualify for awards and prizes, your team report, sponsor sheets, bird checklists and funds raised must be submitted to Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy by June 15, 2011. No one individual can win more than one prize not including the tee-shirt or membership. Thank You Gifts Anyone who raises or contributes at least $50 will receive an individual membership for Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy for 2011 and their choice of either a Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy or IMBD tee-shirt. If they are already a current member, then their membership will be extended through December 2012.
Great Effort Award Any birder who raises at least $250 will also be entered into a drawing for one of the following (the winner gets their choice):
Junior Birders Award The Youth Birder or Youth Birder Team (under age 18) who identifies the most bird species will receive a gift certificate for $50 to the Audubon Naturalist Sanctuary Shop.
Most Species Award Each member of the team finding the highest number of bird species will receive a gift certificate for $100 to the Audubon Naturalist Sanctuary Shop. |
