Banshee Reeks Nature Preserve
A wonderful tract of land in the eastern part of the County that has been set aside as a nature preserve. Many of our events take place at Banshee Reeks. Directions can be found on the site. |

A wonderful wilderness area, complete with nature trails, sustainable agriculture and educational activities. |

Audubon Naturalist Society
The goals of this organization are to increase the enjoyment and appreciation of the natural world and to preserve and protect the treasures of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. |

Goose Creek Association
The Goose Creek Association works to protect and preserve the natural resources of the Goose Creek Watershed monitoring stream water quality, proposed developments, legislation, zoning changes, and taking steps through educational forums to forestall or encourage these accordingly. |

Virginia Herpetological Society
Organized in 1958, the Virginia Herpetological Society brings together people interested in advancing their knowledge of Virginia's reptiles and amphibians. The VHS encourages scientific study of Virginia herpetofauna and its conservation. |

Campaign for Loudoun's Future
A group of active citizens and community based organizations that are deeply concerned with over development of Loudoun County. LWC is an active partner in this campaign, hoping to help influence our Board of Supervisors and other elected officials in making more environmentally friendly, future focused decisions. |

Loudoun County Committee for a Sustainable Society (LCCSS)
The LCCSS promotes development of a local community economy based on environmental stewardship and the sustainable use of resources. They offer speaker programs, sponsor events and serve as a wealth of information on topics ranging from solar power to sustainable food production. |

Virginia Master Naturalist Banshee Reeks Chapter
VMN Banshee Reeks offers both training and a certification to become a master naturalist. Many of the master naturalists coming through the program become engaged as volunteers for LWC on our field trips, environmental monitoring and habitat restoration projects. |
